and Long Held Wishes
Available:

The Garden Party
menu includes
sandwich recipes,
salads and
desserts.
The Mediterranean
tuna sandwich is a
favorite of many.
It's a tasty meal
with a Tuscan
salad and melon
soup. Topped off
with cherry cobbler
and peach crisp for
dessert, the menu
satisfies a variety
of eaters from
carnivores through
vegetarians..
In 2007, the entertainment
book, To Happiness, will
go into its second printing.
The first printing sold out
in its first few months.
Soon it will be back with a
new look. Talented friends
donated their time and
redesigned the layout.
The end result is stunning.
As with the first printing,
the full price of the book
will be donated to charity.
Fundraisers will cover the
cost of printing. The book
sells for $8; purchasers
should make checks
payable to one of the 10
charities listed below.
Book orders will be filled at
the second printing in
2007. Books may be
purchased from this
website then.
To Happiness includes
menus for Chanukah, Eid
al Fitr, Christmas and
picnics. The second
edition expands the
chapter of table settings
and gives readers new
ideas for inexpensive ways
to cheer up the dinner
table.
Next year, following the
tradition of To Happiness,
a new collection of
multi-ethnic recipes and
entertainment ideas is
planned. It is entitled
Happy Times. Readers will
have a variety of cultural
recipes as well as new
ideas for table settings.
There will be a new
chapter of dinner traditions
and another chapter on
gift wrapping. Again, the
proceeds will go to
selected charities.
For either book, please
make checks payable to
one of the following
charities.
